Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Delays & Lost Packages

• We are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, courier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged in transit
• Incorrect or incomplete

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Indcan Import is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
