Returns + Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Perishable goods or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., food, cosmetics, undergarments)

• Gift cards

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer an exchange at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the exchange process.

To request an exchange:

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@indcanimport.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they are likely already being processed and shipped.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Check your bank account again.

• Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
